End Control Forklifts
AC stand-up end control forklift trucks are common in the material handling industry for their extreme flexibility. These machinery have superior performance characteristics that are quite like sit-down electric forklift units.
Ideally, these forklift truck units are suitable for warehousing operation atmospheres that have limited space. Their working aisle requirements are normally less than those required of a three-wheel electric forklift truck. These equipment are an excellent option for applications that need regular on and off access, because their stand-up design is an excellent characteristic.
Numerous companies used a reach truck to maintain their storage facilities. These loading machines can arrange finished goods on pallets and supplies to be stacked or stored into tall shelving compartments. The reach truck provides simple and safe retrieval of the loaded pallets. It is also an excellent option for individuals who prefer to store pallets of goods they do not require for immediate use in a way which is efficient and safe.
The basic reach truck unit is equipped with an out-rigging mechanism located on the front of the truck. A set of telescoping tines that move down and up are mounted to the out-rigging. The blades also have a hydraulic system that allows the operator to pick up the load and reposition it over the out-riggers. This particular design not only gives more balance to the whole load, but makes it easier for the reach truck to maneuver between the storage shelves into narrow aisles.
When the reach truck finds the shelves which are designated for the pallet, the hydraulics allow the blades to swing into place and lower the pallet into the shelving, sliding the pallet into place. Typically, a reach truck will easily fit into an aisle which is less than 10 feet wide without any problem, as long as there are no other pallets protruding out from the shelving area.
