Lull Telehandlers
Ever since the year 1959, Lull has been producing telehandlers. Their machines have been designed for load placement with their patented Stabil-Trak stability system. This particular system provides a lot more accurate placement capabilities. Lull telehandlers provide different optional attachments and these telehandlers can really help you accomplish your requirements, while being efficient and safe at the worksite. When precision and accuracy are a must, leave it to a Lull telehandler to accomplish everything you require.
The Future
Numerous attachments have been engineered and developed in order to make rough terrain forklifts as efficient as possible. Winches, booms and rotating fork carriages allow the forklift to place materials in a more accurate manner. The articulating booms or booms are available in 2 different extendible arms and could reach up and over structures in order to position loads on interior roof slope settings or in the upper or center floors. New attachments and products are being engineered and developed all the time and will be available in the future.
With extra safety features becoming more prevalent, several improvements have been made. For instance, load-reach management devices can automatically restrict the forklift's reach, based on the load being handled rather than depending on the operator. Pressure sensors are utilized in order to know the load weight. This information is sent to a tiny electronic memory device that had all the load-reach limitations pre-programmed into it.
The boom's memory will compare the angle and the extension of the boom with the safety limits, when the load is being placed into position. There is a warning system or an essential lock-up device which prevents the operator from over-reaching and possibly causing the forklift to tip over or the boom to fail.
