Nissan Dual Fuel Forklifts United States

Nissan Dual Fuel Forklifts United States

The internal combustion or IC forklifts are utilized most normally for indoor operations such as trucking, manufacturing, warehousing and bottling. Typically, these models utilize solid rubber tires known as cushion tires. The Internal Combustion forklift units can function either by LPG or Liquid Petroleum Gas, dual fuel or diesel. The dual fuel models operate with both LPG and gasoline. These machinery can function on either fuel but not simultaneously. Internal Combustion or IC engines are Class 4 forklifts. The engine is responsible for powering the truck, the hydraulics and all functions of the truck.

The GO4 Series and the Nissan Forklift Platinum II models have capacities varying from 3000 to 11,000 lbs. These units offer CARB certified dual-fuel or LPG/gasoline or LPG engines. The CARB certification on these specific engines gives them the confidence to help protect the natural environment because it enables the forklifts to produce low emissions. The environmental certifications like CARB, help employers offer their employees cleaner and thus safer working environments.

The fuel management systems offered by Nissan, the LP/Gas combinations, offer optimum engine operation to reduce exhaust emissions and provide fantastic fuel economy at the same time. Every Platinum II fork truck is standard equipped with their compressive engine protection system in place so as to warn operators in case of a severe drop in oil pressure or excessive heat. This system helps to extend your engine and drive train life to help keep your lift truck investment working at its optimum ability.

The dual fuel units are making a splash within the industry since a lot of companies are trying to be as "green" as possible and as environmentally friendly and efficient as they can. It's also a great idea to rent the equipment for a bit to find out if you like the way it handles prior to making a big investment. There are numerous alternatives within the business today and with a little research, you will be able to choose the right unit for your particular use.
